- Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. Subscription and Billing
- Streamly offers a 30-day free trial for new users.
- After the trial, the subscription is $1.99/year.
- Subscriptions are charged through your app store account (Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku).
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage and cancel subscriptions via your device's account settings.
5. DMCA Safe Harbour
Streamly operates as a media player under DMCA safe harbour protections. We do not host content. If you have copyright concerns about content accessed through a media server, please contact the server operator directly.
6. Disclaimer
Streamly is a smart media player provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
Streamly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
