Data We Do NOT Collect
Streamly does not collect, process, or transmit any of the following:

- IP addresses or device identifiers
- Viewing history or habits
- Payment information
- Cookies or tracking data
- Analytics of any kind
Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted externally:
- Media server credentials
- Watch history and favourites
- App settings and preferences
- Subscription status
Your Rights Under GDPR
- Right of Access — Since we do not collect personal data, there is no data to access.
- Right to Erasure — You can delete all locally stored data via Settings → Clear Cache or by uninstalling.
- Right to Data Portability — All your data is already stored locally on your device.
- Right to Object — No processing of personal data takes place.
Third Party Services
Streamly is distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon Appstore, and Roku Channel Store. These platforms have their own privacy policies. Streamly connects to media servers that you configure — we have no relationship with these servers.
Children's Privacy
Streamly is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
